An informative Goodyear Wrangler Tires review is kind of hard to find. I really enjoyed mine so I thought Id share, even though tires arent normally something that most people want to spend a lot of time talking about or thinking about. The truth is that a great vehicle deserves great tires, and if youre an adventurous off-roader like me you really need superior tires: theyre essential to the safety and feasibility of your hobby.
These Tires Last Forever
When it comes to normal highway driving these tires just last and last. I have a set on my SUV which I use for work and I have a set for my jeep which I use for off-roading. The SUV tires lasted through 60,000 miles and 3 rotations: no problem. Thats an incredible value for a tire which of course typically lasts for far fewer miles. Since I paid about $130.00 per tire I was pretty much just blown away by the value. Certainly there is much in the design to suggest this kind of durability was available to begin with, but it was one of those things I had to see to believe.
As for off-roading, there are many tires I wouldnt risk on even so much as a gravel road for fear of punctures and tears. The Goodyear Wranglers gave me a lot of peace of mind. Short of running over a field of upright nails Im pretty confident that theres almost nothing which can pierce this Kevlar and silicon fortified tire.
These Tires Are Stealthy
These tires really dont make very much noise. This allows me to feel like Im in one of those car commercials where the guy drives along deserted scenic highways in his shiny, silent car. The tires seem to soak up the road noise. Theyre not exactly silent while off-roading but youre not going to have silence while crunching around boulders and navigating steep trails. The silence helps contribute to the overall strength of the design.
These Tires Are Safe
Hydroplaning in the rain has become a thing of the past since I outfitted my vehicles with the Goodyear Wrangler tires. They also are amazing at handling snow and mud. In winter weather I used to sometimes wind up drifting to the ditch. Getting the car unstuck and back on the road was never a lot of fun. The Wrangler tires grip so well that I havent wound up stuck in the first place. I really appreciate that theres already places to add my studs should I need to or desire to should the winters where I live turn any harsher than they already are.

I have Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracks which are meant to withstand the very harshest conditions. Its important to choose the right tires for your vehicle and for your needs or youre not going to be satisfied with the performance of your Goodyear Wrangler tiers. Some of my friends were not 100% satisfied but I found that they did not take the time and effort to match the tires to their usage patterns or vehicle type. If you take those simple steps then you should find the Goodyear Wrangler tires to be one of the soundest purchases youve ever made for your vehicle.
